Your Home Chart is a digital product sold by Charlie Ropsy, trading as Home Alchemy, based in France. References to "we", "us", or "Charlie Ropsy" in these terms all refer to the same person and business.

What You Are Buying

Your Home Chart is a personalised written reading of your relationship with Home, delivered as a PDF by email. It is based on the birth information you provide at checkout and is intended for your personal reflection only.

This is not a medical, psychological, legal, or financial service. It does not constitute advice of any professional kind. If you are experiencing difficulties that require professional support, please seek it from a qualified practitioner.

AI Disclosure

Your reading is produced with the assistance of AI tools, working from the birth information you provide. Charlie Ropsy reviews each reading before it is sent to verify it is coherent, complete, and appropriate. The final reading reflects that review.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that AI assistance is part of the production process.

Delivery

Your reading will be sent as a PDF to the email address you provide at checkout. In standard circumstances, delivery takes place within 72 business hours of receiving your completed order. Orders of three or more readings may take longer than this standard window.

In exceptional circumstances, including platform outages or technical delays outside of our control, delivery may take up to 7 days. If it becomes clear that the standard 72-hour window cannot be met, you will be notified by email.

If you do not receive your reading within 7 days, please contact us at the email address above.

Accuracy of Your Information

The quality and relevance of your reading depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth information you provide. This was made clear to you on the landing page before purchase and confirmed by a mandatory checkbox at checkout.

Providing inaccurate or incomplete birth information is your sole responsibility. It does not constitute grounds for a refund or a rewrite.

If you realise after checkout that the details you submitted do not match what you intended to order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number (found on your receipt) and the correct name and birth details. We will do our best to make the correction before the reading is written. Once the reading has been produced, no updates will be accepted and no reimbursement will be issued.

Multiple Readings: Quantity Mismatches

The order flow allows you to submit birth details for up to five people and to select separately how many readings you are paying for. These two numbers should match. If they do not, the following applies.

If you paid for fewer readings than the number of people whose details you submitted, only the number of readings actually paid for will be delivered. The additional details will not be used and no partial refund is issued for details not processed.

If you paid for more readings than the number of people whose details you submitted, you will receive a coupon for the value of the unused reading or readings, calculated at the price you paid at the time of purchase. The coupon is valid for six months from the date of issue and can be redeemed against any Home Alchemy product.

Refund Policy

No refunds are offered once your reading has been delivered. Your Home Chart is a personalised digital product, created specifically for you. By its nature it cannot be returned.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you ordinarily have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Your Home Chart is a personalised digital service that begins immediately upon receipt of your order. Because production typically begins and is completed within the standard 14-day cooling-off period, you are asked at checkout to confirm — via a separate consent checkbox — that you explicitly request immediate performance of the service and that you understand you will lose your right of withdrawal once the reading has been delivered.

If you have not received your reading, your right of withdrawal remains intact and you may cancel your order by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

Rewrite Policy

No rewrites are offered on the basis of inaccurate birth information. You confirmed the accuracy of your details prior to purchase.

In the event of a technical failure that prevents delivery of your reading, this will be resolved at no additional cost to you.

Intellectual Property

Your reading is written for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute it commercially, in whole or in part, without written permission from Charlie Ropsy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from your purchase will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.

If you are based in the European Union, your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU consumer protection regulations are not affected by these terms. Where EU law provides you with rights that differ from or exceed those set out here, EU law applies.

Age Requirement

Your Home Chart is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order and provide consent on your behalf. By completing the purchase, the person placing the order confirms they meet this requirement or are doing so with appropriate parental or guardian authority.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to your order. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised.
